Built in 1915 and renovated in 2000, this boutique hotel in downtown Oakland is across the street from the Oakland Convention Center. Contemporary rooms with rich woods and pedestal sinks are all non-smoking an d offer complimentary wireless Internet access. The hotel provides a fitness room, several conference rooms, and a refined I talian restaurant. A BART station is a block away. This downtown hotel across from the Oakland Convention Center was built in 1 915 and renovated in 2000. Décor inside the hotel is streamlined and contemp orary Italian in style. Guests receive complimentary breakfast every day, and complimentary wireless Internet access in their rooms (adaptor kits not available). They can also use a computer with high-speed Internet in the lobby s business center. A fi tness room is on site and free of charge. The hotel also contains an upscale Italian restaurant and bar. The nearest B ART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station is a block or so away. The hotel does n ot have on-site parking; most guests park at the convention center across th e street, for a fee.
The restaurant is open Monday through Friday 11:30am- 2pm for lunch and 5:30-9pm for dinner. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. They also have a fully bar that is open for lunch and dinner. The happy hour is Monday through Friday 5:30-7:30pm. During the happy hour, guests will receive $1 off the draft and well drinks.
